Design and Price Options
NEFF cabinetry is world renowned for having some of the highest quality standards in the industry. If you are a discerning buyer who wants to enhance the beauty and value of your home, you may find that NEFF cabinetry is surprisingly affordable. While NEFF never compromises on quality, NEFF has 10 different price levels which are determined by:
• the cost of the materials used,
• door style,
• exclusivity of design, and
• the amount of hand detailing and grain matching required.
For example, a NEFF Euro-Laminate with a flat door style will cost much less than a style with 5-piece, solid wood doors, and less than NEFF’s signature Louis Philippe Collection that features exotic, real wood veneers, sand-burned medallion inlays, marqueterie and book & mirror-matched burl inlay.
Canadian-made
World economics may also put NEFF cabinetry within your budget. NEFF Kitchens, Inc. has its world-wide production facility just outside of Toronto, ON, Canada. Many of NEFF’s premium competitors are manufactured in Europe, where transportation costs and European currencies are higher than in Canada where the dollar has been lower than the US dollar for most of the last 40 years. This means NEFF can offer better value for your money.

Contemporary Style is generally considered to have very geometric, clean lines, with little ornamentation. Colors tend to be neutrals, black and white with bold color accents and high gloss finishes. Structural elements, including legs can be exposed. See Avant-Garde Contemporary Photo Gallery
Traditional Style is generally considered to be warm and inviting, with warm color palettes, darker wood stains and functional furniture. Carvings, mouldings, pilasters, pediments and finials provide classic detailing from many different style periods. The look is symmetrical and harmonious with matte finishes and subdued tones. See Classic Traditional Photo Gallery
Transitional Style is generally considered to be where Traditional and Contemporary meet. Like Contemporary, lines are clean and ornamentation is minimal, but perhaps not as stark. Like Traditional, the colors are warmer, more inviting. Stainless steel mixes with wood tones. Eclectic pieces feel at home. See Timeless Transitional Photo Gallery
NEFF Euro-Laminates
NEFF Euro-Laminates are unique, man-made 1:1 reproductions of various wood grains that are integrated with engineered woods using high pressure production techniques, then finished as textured open wood grains, or with a low sheen or high gloss shine. Each species and color option is produced with a variety of grain patterns to provide a natural wood look. They also offer more consistent color than real woods which have natural imperfections. NEFF Euro-Laminates offer a price and design alternative to real wood that leaves the tree in the forest. (NEFF Euro-Laminates are also available in a Titanium Metallic finish). Veneers
NEFF veneers are thin slices of real wood logs, called flitches that are integrated with engineered woods and finished with Acrylic Polyurethane in Satin, Silk, French, or hand-polished high gloss. Veneers allow you to enjoy the warmth and beauty of exotic woods that would otherwise be cost prohibitive or not suitable for cabinet construction. They also allow for species mixing and custom designs to create distinctively beautiful and unique environments. No! Cabinets made using solid wood boards cut from a tree, vs engineered woods such as plywood, particleboard and fiberboard will “breathe”, that is expand and contract according to humidity and temperature conditions. This can cause warping, cracking and binding. Solid wood may be more expensive, but it doesn’t make the best cabinets.
Not all engineered woods are created equal though. NEFF chooses its materials, both to stand up to the humidity in tropical and coastal environments, See The NEFF Difference and to provide a fresh air environment inside your home. See Healthy Environments.
NEFF sources its materials from around the world, from suppliers who employ sustainable forestry practices.
NEFF cabinetry is guaranteed for 7 years.
NEFF of Chicago would prefer that you use an installer who has experience with NEFF cabinetry. However, since NEFF cabinetry is engineered for easier installation, it shouldn’t be a problem to contract with the installer of your choice.
The world-wide production facility of NEFF Kitchens, Inc. is just outside of Toronto, ON Canada. There are three main benefits for American consumers to buy Canadian cabinetry vs European.
