The difference between a good kitchen remodel and a great one, can come down to the small stuff.
It's fairly obvious that you want to focus on selecting awesome countertops, great cabinets and state-of-the-art appliances. But don't ignore the details. In the case of a project as lifestyle-changing as a kitchen makeover, it's easy to see the forest and not the trees…to focus on the big picture and ignore those things that can make your daily routine easier…or harder.

As you plan your new dream kitchen, pay attention to the minitua. How will you store your flatware and cutlery? What is the system you are choosing for condiments or spices? How do you make sure the miscellaneous but necessary tools and utensils are on hand? What happens to pots and pans lids? How will you store key ingredients like flour and rice?
These considerations may not seem crucial while yhou are designing the kitchen of your dreams, but once you are working day-to-day in your new kitchen, the organization you establish will loom large.
To avoid those, "Where did I put...?" moments, resolve the following questions and issues early in the planning/design process.
How and where will i keep primary utensils and knives?
What kitchen gadgets do i use a lot and where/how will I store them for optimum convenience? These might include a garlic press, lemon zester, Spaghetti tongs, or meat tendizer tool.
How will i keep essential spices, oven mitts and dishtowels on hand, but nol in the way?
Planning for the right accessories can make a big differenec. And luckily there is no lack of ingenious answers to your needs.
For example: Narrow pullouts for spices or important family keys; under-cabinet rail systems to keep spice jars, bread or flour and sugar containers off the counter and right where you need them; divided drawers for utensils, knives and other kitchen essentials.
