The time to consider sustainable design is now, at least that is the perspective of the fourth edition of the National Design Triennial at New York’s Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum. On display from May 14 through January 9, 2011, the exhibit titled “Why Design Now?” highlights the work of architecture and design, to new media and fashion as combatants in the war against eco-issues including climate change and urban sprawl.
